Useful lessons I learned today in class:
1) The person who cares the least in the relationship has the most power.
2) Without a conflict of interest in a relationship, you can never show that you care about the other person. There is simply no need to sacrifice.
3) Without a conflict of interest in a relationship, you are essentially in a relationship with yourself.
4) Giving in to your partner’s wants sometimes is beneficial but all the time leads to higher rates of depression, especially in females.
